ensure that the speaker jack is properly inserted on the slot. try using other speakers or headsets as well to isolate the problem. is this happening only when you play movie files and does this problem occur with all movies you tried to play? how about regular audio files (mp3, wma)? what is the file format of the movie that you were playing?
