Won't heat food on any setting. Could it be a fuse? Where would it be located? Don't have a manual.

Fuse will be inside the oven. And with replacing fuse ,you need to check the cause of blowing the fuse.Check the capacitor and transformer (physically). If they look deformed .Then change it followed by the fuse.

Power just stopped working. Is there a fuse built into the oven?

Yes there is a fuse which is built within the oven. Open the back cover and locate the fuse which is located in the power supply board. Replace it with same value.

Where is the thermal fuse located on an electric whirlpool in cabinet oven?

hello,

Instruction below.
  • Unplug your oven. Insert the size 15 Security Torx bit into your multi-bit screwdriver and remove the screws from the back panel. Take off the back panel.
  • 2 Locate the fuse. It should be near where the electrical cord comes into the oven. The fuse is a small white bar with metal caps on either end. Carefully remove the fuse. Avoid touching the transformer or other parts inside the oven.
  • 3 Purchase a new fuse. Most whirlpool ovens use an 18 amp ceramic fuse. Consult your owner's manual to find out what kind of fuse is used, or take the old fuse into the store to find the exact match.
  • 4 Replace the fuse. Put the cover back on and see if your oven works. If it does, replace the screws. If it does not, try a different fuse. If the oven still does not turn on, you may have to have it replaced of professionally repaired.

  • thanks,

Oven stopped working during baking process, switches shows no power coming through (don't light up) If a fuse is blown, where are they located?

First check that the oven plug is not loose. If not that, you might have a tripped circuit breaker or blown fuse which are usuall located in your fuse or breaker box in the basement. Have someone with knowledge of fuses or breakers check it out. Keep in mind that you are working with 220 ac volts!

    Where are my fuses located?

From http://home.howstuffworks.com/how-to-repair-an-oven3.htm Servicing Fuses If the range or oven is receiving power but doesn't work, the unit may have its own fuse or circuit breaker assembly. This assembly is usually located under the cooktop of the range. In some units, lift the top of the range to gain access to the fuse assembly; or lift the elements, remove the drip pans, and look on the sides of the cabinets. Inside the oven, look to the back to spot the fuse assembly. Electric Oven Troubleshooting Guide There are a myriad of problems that can cause your electric range or oven to malfunction. Click here for instructions on how to deal with specific issues. If the unit has this additional fuse or breaker system, components such as the oven light, the range heating elements, the timer, and a self-cleaning feature may be separately fused. If these components or features fail to work, don't overlook the possibility that the fuses have blown. To replace a blown fuse, unscrew the old fuse and install a new one of the same type and electrical rating. If the unit has circuit breakers, push the breaker or reset button, which is usually located on the control panel.

    Fuse

The fuse is normally located either on the floor of the oven behind the control panel, between the door switches, or on the metal bracket / plate near the large high-voltage transformer.

This model uses an inverter, so the fuse may be located on that board.

Due to the lethal voltages used and produced, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.

I would recommend that you contact your nearest Panasonic-authorized servicer.
