It is likely the door springs at the base are too tight and holing back. The installation instructions show how to release the door springs.

Water left in dishwasher at end of cycle

Probably a bad or cloged pump. If the discharged water goes to a garbage disposal system then try to remove the hose from the dishwasher and see if it is cloged. This is what usually happens.

Good luck,

Samsung WA80v3 connected to cold water supply. Does it heat water during wash cycle or does it have to be connected to hot water supply if heat is required?

It will heat the water as normal, even though it is a cold fill only washer.
Just select prog as normal, washer will do rest.

If during the water heating step in the wash cycle, the water
temperature sensor (NTC) value is out of range, the “F/05” error code
will be displayed.
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Check the water temperature sensor. Refer to the
“Water Temperature Sensor” section. Check
connections to the water temperature sensor.
3. Check resistance of heating element, if present on this
model. (abnormal = infinity)

Does the machine heat up the water

If you have only a cold water feed then all of the washing will be in cold water. Dishwashers heat up the water, but clothes washers do not.

Heated or ubheated water?

Most pressure washers spray unheated water which is fine for most applications. However if you need to remove very heavy grease then you may need to have to opt for a Hot Water Pressure Washer, utilizing either a propane or diesel burner. The downside is that you should expect to pay a lot more for these. Also, the heater is an additional part that requires maintenance and care. Do not run heated water through cold water systems, since this can damage the pump O-rings and gaskets.

Washing Machine-hot water source

Most washers require both hot and cold supply. If it has two hose fittings on the back, then you need both hot and cold. I've only seen Asko washers that need just the cold. Even if your washer has a water heat option, it will only heat during a portion of the cycle if the option is selected, it is not a substitute for the hot water supply.
