Was playing a game from Big Fish Games. Never had any problem before with this game, but has not shut down twice.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

You might have several issues going on, first make sure that your saving the file to the proper location. Second make sure when your running the program you have Direct X installed, third make sure your system isnt trying to run something not designed for Vista and fourth right click on your hard drive icon and scan it for errors. Could be that your system has a glitch, your video card isn't supported or your drivers are not installed properly.

Check to make sure that you have the latest DirectX version for your version of windows and also check the system requirements for the game compared to your graphics card and Memory.
To download Direct X go to Microsofts Website. Some games require 3D accelaration. Make sure that this is active and avaible by going to Start>Run (on right hand side) and type in dxdiag. When the program opens it will tell you your version of Direct X and then click on the Display tab and run the tests that are avaiable there to make sure that you have no errors with your display. It will also tell you whether you have 3D accelleration or not.
I hope this helps

Which Operating System is running on your computer? This is related to DEP issue, i.e. "Data Execution Prevention". You have to turn on the DEP for essential Windows programs and Services only.
To do this, right-click "My Computer" then select "Properties", now on the Properties window, click "Advanced", again on the "Advanced" window, click "Data Execution Prevention", click the radio button "Turn On DEP For Essential Windows Pograms And Settings Only" [Vista or Windows 7] or "Turn On DEP For Essential Windows Programs and Services Only" [Windows XP]. Click "Apply", and then "Ok". Restart your computer and try running the Game again.
Let me know if the problem persists or if you need further help.
Thanks for using FixYa.

It sounds like your PC needs a good cleaning. You may be suffering from damaged browser Add-Ons, malware and viruses. Big Fish uses a lot of flash and java. Make sure you are running the latest versions of both. Get them here www.java.com and http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. To check and remove viruses and malware that can attach to your internet browsers and PC download the free version of www.malwarebytes.org
