Question about DVD & Blu-Ray Players
THE SYSTEM HAS NO POWER TO ANY OF THE INSIDE UNITS
AC POWER COMING IN AND SOME DC POWER WORK.
STILL NO POWER TO TURN ON THE HOLE UNIT. PLEASE HELP.

The DVD recorder is like a PC internal drive. Pull the 4 pin molex connector and check the voltages across 1&3, 2&4. Should have a (+ or -) 5volt, and (+ or -) 12volt (you can compare with a PC's voltage across the same kind of connector if you want). If you don't have a 5 & 12 volt reading your power supply is probably bad. Optionally confirm DVD recorder works by removing and attaching to a (spare?) PC.
