Question about Dell (Inspiron 531) PC Desktop
Hello Michael, It's most likely that your ram is bad. Power down your tower and UNPLUG it. Open up your tower and see if you have duel channel ram. if so, take one out and restart your computer. if it starts then the stick of ram you took out is probably bad. Do the same with the other if it does not start by putting back the one you took out first. Remember! always unplug your tower and you will be ok. Good Day
