Hay hay I did it. How I got it to work is thi, pull out the battery on your samsung pixon. switch it back on and continuesly press the ring button. you should get the menu up to ring some one. then start tapping everything. I did this an managed to get the touch screen and the buttons to work!

it might be a hardware failure. do you still have garanty on your phone?
if yes, return it.
and if no, well, u might wanna take your phone apart to see if there are any broken parts in it. but you need some experience with this (dont recommend it).

Really your only option is to get a different phone. Since there is water damage it voids your warranty so you would have to turn to insurance. If you don't have insurance you may be able to do an upgrade or you would have to buy one outright. If you can't do that than you can get a prepaid phone and put you sim in that and it will work.

Tips for a great answer:
1) Turn off your phoneIf our Nokia N8 have problem such as hang or not responding or slow or stuck or have problem or frozen, then what we can do is try to restart the phone first to erase all temporary file and clean the cache. If the Nokia N8 problem still there then the last thing we can try is to do Master Reset to Factory Default Nokia N8 with safety way.
2) Hold "Volume Down + Camera Key + Menu Key" and press power button until your phone vibrates.
3) Wait until screen show properly... and welcome back!!
