Go to the BIOS config on booting and on the "Advanced" tab select the PXE booting options, then "enable" the interface that's connected to the LAN that will boot (here's a map),ftp://ftp.tyan.com/manuals/m_s5360_101.pdf.
Go back to the BIOS menu choose the "boot" tab and move to the top of the boot options the LAN booting interface that appears in the list.
Make sure the LAN cables are physically connected to the correct Ethernet port.
