Can I get wiring schematic for mitac X-200/12v power supply

Hi
If you copy the link below and paste it into the address bar of your browser, it will take you to a web page towards the bottom of which is a link showing "To download this file, click here". Upon doing so a pdf diagram is downloaded. This is a schematic which looks like the one you want.

Schematic for orion HCCA-D2400

The schematic or service manual doesn't appear to be available online. You may have to contact Orion. Verify the REM input to the amp. It should be 12V when the car is on and 0V when the car is off.

I need a ground schematic for a 1999 nissan maxima

Hi James,

Ground (-12 volt side of the battery) is the entire metallic parts of the car body / frame / chassis. Auto schematics only show non-grounded (+12 volt side of the battery, data and signal) circuits. This is done to reduce clutter and make it easier to read the schematics.

You will find -12V or ground on nearly all metal body / frame / chassis parts of the vehicle. To be sure you are on ground, stretch a wire from the + post of the battery to a test light or the (+) jack or probe of a meter capable of reading at least 12 VDC and touch the the probe connected to the (-) jack to the target grounded panel. If it is ground, you should read 12 volts on the meter - or in the case of the test light - a brightly illuminated lamp. A meter is the preferred device as most people can not tell the difference between a light connected to 12V vs one connected to 10V. The meter assures you of a solidly connected grounded part.

I hope this helps and good luck!

How to connect a new era alternator voltage regulator wiring diagram.Or a schematic diagram of the charging system.

knowing the color codes can be a great help..usually in 12v reg system, from the regulator there are 6 white wire having a stripe codes, blue means neutral, green means field, black means ground to body, white means hot wired to +12v,yellow means to bat charging indicator going to instrument panel and finally red means to ignition....and always secure the regulators case to ground.

Amp MC-D80. No Indication of power on.Checked power supply board(no schematic). No + or - 12v. All other voltages seem ok. Any known common failure? Thanks Art

Simply follow the 12v supply back to where it starts, which should be where the transformer wires join the PC Board. If you don't have 12v AC there the transformer has gone. If you do, then follow it with your multimeter till it goes. That will lead you to the culprit.

How do I bench test?

A bench test will require a 12VDC source, such as an car battery. You would connect wires according to the instuctions (i.e., red to 12v(+), black to 12v(-), and the required ignition wire you can toggle by touching it to the 12v(+) when required. Your schematics should show how the relay needs to be wired. And it's really simple. 85 and 86 are the coils. In most cases, (for example), 85 will have a 12v(+) connection, 86 will receive an input from the remote keyless entry (RKE) to activate the option. So, if you're using this relay, say, to activate your 12V(+) parklights, the 12V(-) from the RKE will go to 86, you'll have another 12V(+) wire connected to 30, and the connection to the vehicles parklights will connect to 87. 87a will have no connection in this application. The 12v(+) to the relay should come from a fused 12v(+) source.Trunk release will work the same, depending on whether it's a positive or negative trigger (depends on vehicle). You'll use the trunk output (should be a negative output from RKE) to the relay as described above. If the Trunk release is a negative trigger, you would connect a wired from a ground source (i.e., metal screw in kick panel) to 30, and 87 would go to the trunk's trigger wire at the switch.

Projector automatically shuts off immediately after turning it on

If your comfortable w/surface mount troubleshooting and soldering, download the service manual from elsewhere online. Part of the troubleshooting tree for this type of problem is to check the surface mount fuses on the underside on the Main PWB (schematic page 1/8). On mine, the 12V surface mount fuse, F3004 (2.3A) was open (quadrant C1 on the schematic). Replaced it, reassembled the projector (3 interlocks don't 'cha know) and it came up just fine.
