Dirver+ software installation - Computers & Internet

Windows will search for the driver and install it for you. You may want to contact the software vendor for help, they know better then anyone what is needed.

You may download the Canon driver from http://www.usa.canon.com/cusa/support/consumer/printers_multifunction/pixma_mx_series/pixma_mx350#DriversAndSoftware

Follow these steps:

1. Hookup your multifuncional scanner.
2. Windows will recognize a new hardware
3. Install dirver and software taht came on the disc with CLX 3180
4. Put a document you want to scan into a scanner
5. Start software that you installed
6. Press Start Scan

If you got the Cable and Software CD, you can try to Uninstall the Software and then Install it again, as it may be some software/Dirver fault.

which dell model do you have go and log on to dell.com and click for drivers and utilities and enter your tag code and model no there u can find your audio software..or if u have dirver and utilities software provided by dell install it..

did you install the dirver first and plug in the usb cable when asked? If you don't run the install first it will not identify the printer.
Also plug a memory stick into the same usb port to verify it is working correctly.
