Question about Heating & Cooling
I have a procombi 85HE that runs perfectly - but only if I unclip the front casing to the "burner box" the fan is OK the flame is ok, the air prssure switch is OK (new) the temp sensors have all been replaced (2X NTCs & the High limit) there is no flue blockage, utas sooon as I push teh front panel closed, it cuts out. why wont it run as a room sealed boiler? please reply to firstname.lastname@example.org

If the snap switch is not located close enough to the plenum, this can be problem. The other option would be to cover the switch area with a metal shield or liatherm paper (fire rtardant paper).

Check the diagnostic indicator.
1. If the blower runs for hours make sure the fan switch on the thermostat is set on "auto".
2. The furnace safety system must be in lockout. This is the furaces way of telling you there is a problem.
3 Most common problem is a dirty flame sensor.

Per the User's Operating Instructions you want to check the condensate drain. Make sure it is free and clear. Also check the ingnitor, ensure there is no debris or buildup that could prevent it from firing properly.
Also, here are the Installation and Service Instructions that might be of help to you.
Without being onsite with toolbox in hand, I hope this information is very helpful to you. :-)
