SOURCE: A message pops up on my computer telling me that a
Pure HD is a third party application which is attached to a media player. The problem here is due to the poor download of the software that's why the software fails to install.
To get rid of the pop up most times these pop up's have a place which kind be selected where it is stated do not show this pop up again.
If this is not found on the pop up then you have to locate the file for the setup, this you can simply do by typing PureHD in the run task bar and the file would be located. After locating the file all you have to do is delete it and the problem will be solved.
Hope this solution has been helpful?

First, when I filled the form there was a slot for the hardware type, which is definitely not a motherboard, it is a TV card: AVermedia AVerTV MCE 116 Plus. The problem is, when I start the application, I always get this message: "Please start Averremote ans AverScheduleService manually" I don't know why it started, because after installation it worked fine for some weeks.
My OS is Win 8.1m, but before I used this card in another computer with XP SP3, and there I had the same problem, so it is not hardware and OS dependent
Win 8.1 without an m that was a typo
