First, the stop light bulb is accessible from inside the car. The cover can be removed by pressing down on the center of the unit and pull back toward the front of the car. Once off, you will have access to the bulb itself
You have a sticky door switch. Apart from replacement, best course of action is to spray the switch (all throughout the inside of the door/lock) with WD-40. Since you're unsure which switch is sticking, repeat this procedure on all doors. Once thoroughly lubricated, open and close the doors several times. This should fix your sticky switch problem.. Best of luck.

To greg, I don't know if you are aware this is a Continental 1995. are the door switch in the latch assembly or else where? and the stop light appears to be attached to a large cover, looks like a speaker cover that flips open so where do we go from there. Thanks
