Please try to put it in the back USB ports of your CPU if it works OK or else test it in another PC if it works in other PC then the problem is in your PC if still problem exists please take it to the service center

San disk cruiser 64 GB will not open

First try unplugging the drive, shutting down the PC, no warm boot, turn OFF.

Now with the PC off plug in the drive, now restart.

Now go to start, control panel, admin tools, computer mgnt, storage, disk mgnt, now do you see the drive, if you do at the bottom, RT click on it and then change the drive path, use a letter above G.

I plug in the sundisk cruzer 2.0 GB USB device and all it does is blink. It will not show up on my computer for the drive.

Hello

If the computer recognize that there is a device plugged into the system, then just try to plug the flashdrive into another port at the back of your case.

If the computer does not recognize that there is a device plugged in, there is a problem with your flash drive. It still gets power from the computer(Bliking light), but there is no data transfer between computer and flash drive.

If it is still under warrenty, send the flash in for repairs(presuming that your USB ports work), otherwise try and see if it works on a other computer. If it does, the the problem is with the USB ports on your computer. I really hope this can be of help.

Best regards
Andrea

My computer do not recognized my Sandisk Cruzer Micro 1.0 GB.

I had the same exact problem on my 8G card. It worked fine in the camera, but when I plugged it into the card reader it flashed once and then the light went off. So, I put the card back in the camera and ran a USB cable from my camera (there was a port on the side of my Cannon Powershot that was smaller than a USB, but I don't know what to call it) to my computer. When I turned the camera power on, the computer was able to read the 8G card while it was inside the camera. I downloaded everything to my computer at that point. Hope this helps! I got the chord from my external hard drive and that fit from the camera to the computer.
