I was using Kocaso M9100 when the screen became unresponsive. I have rebooted and it still won't work.

you are going to have to get online and get ahold of kocaso to see if you can either get a replacement tablet, or do you need to buy something else, what i am seeing is they will replace if your warrenty is under a yr old, if not then your going to have to find out from them what to do

No, Kocaso only operate a whole replacement policy, they do not do repairs.

Are you using the original charger cord? You can also charge your tablet with a universal cord originally used on Android phones but it is now usable on all phones...great improvement!! Take your tablet to Best Buy or your cellular provider to have them test to see if the universal cord will work...if so, you can order it on Amazon a lot cheaper!!

I have the same problem with my KOCASO M9100 9" Black. I can tell it had power by the small LED inside that is blue when on but not plugged in, purple when on and plugged in, etc. But my screen is not working, I don't even get a hint of light from it on boot, and my computers cannot find it 95% of the time, the other 5% it detects the tablet as "Unknown Device", then when I click on the Device, it says its either disconnected or turned off. Cannot find a solution!
