Question about Coby Televison & Video
When i'm watching my cable on the AV source the volume doesn't start until 4, and then it's instantly kinda loud. So basically i like. . . 1 nothing, 2 nothing, 3 nothing, 4 loud as hell. Just now i'm watching a video off my flash drive and the number 1 setting is blaring loud. I tried to find a firmware update but can't find one, and none of the sound setting changes anything. The model number is TFDVD3295

Your volume control/circuits are fubar. Coby is outta business so getting parts for it might prove next to impossible.

If there's no sound at all, switching channels or not, then you may want to check this out:

If you use a digital cable box, it could be that the volume on that isn't turned up all the way. I didn't even realize the box had volume controls until 2 years after I got it...makes a HUGE difference now
