Question about StrandWare TEKLYNX LABEL MATRIX, V7, 5 USER (LM75) for PC

Sounds like the media detect sensor is jammed or broken. Remove the platen and check underneath to make sure a label has become stuck over the sensor which would trick the printer into thinking it always has media.

Turn calculator ON

Press the Mode key.

Select the Matrix Option

Select the name of the Matrix: MatA , MatB, or MatC

Choose the dimensions of the matrix (3X3, 3X2, ..2X1)

Calculator displays a template (empty spaces where you enter the matrix coefficients.

Type = after each element.

Press AC to exit the matrix editor.

Now you are ready to do (legal) operation on the matrix.

Available opeartions are found under SHIFT 4: Matrix.

Check to make sure you have a 105SL printer driver. Also check to see if you have chosen ZPL for the language as well as the proper resolution (203, 300 and 600 dpi).

You have to go into your printer settings and change the size of the "paper" you are printing to so that it matches the size of the labels you are printing to.

Check the "Dithering" setting in the printer driver. Turning "Dithering" on improves graphics but reduces speed of processing.

Then exit out and go to "2nd->matrix->math->rref(". Then press enter.

Your screen should look like this:

Then go to matrix and select your 3x4 matrix, press enter and close it with a parathesis. Your screen should look like this:

Press enter and the screen should say this:

1 0 0 2

0 1 0 -3

0 0 1 5

So,

x=3

y=-3

z=5

¿Que software de diseño estas utilizando (label matrix, codesoft, bartender) ? Estos programas tienen sus propios drivers, pero cuando utilizas otro driver puede haber conflictos con los tamaños de las etiquetas. Verifica que las dimensiones de la etiqueta en el driver y en el programa sean los mismos y que los margenes sean los correctos.
What design software are using (label matrix, Codesoft, bartender)? These programs have their own drivers, but when you use another driver may have conflicts with the size of the labels. Verify that the dimensions of the label on the driver and the program are the same and that the margins are correct.
