No video evrything boots up but the video

what you should do is first contact wii,if they give you rubbish information,tke out your game gently blow into the disc recever or take it apart and give evrything a good old tweak.
note1:do not hit your console ever,never ever,because it could damage your console.
note2:gently tweak evrything otherwise,YOU CAN SAY GOOD BYE TO YOUR CONSOLE!!

There are some loos cables. Try unseating the RAM, clean it & put it back. Check that all power and IDE cable along with the 24 power pin is snug tight. Reboot and try to enter BIOS. Set evrything to default and try to boot in safe mode and then "last when it worked best". That should do it, else try booting from CD and repair the OS......sodeep

Define "died" how far do you get when you try and boot the system? any error messages?

ok doug, do this go to menu,settings, initial set up, master clear (code ) 000000., w8 the fone boots, then go again to menu ,settings, initial set up, master reset, (code) 000000.,, the phone boots again, then evrythings back to normal...

press F8 on boot up, choose safemode, choose administrator, no password, goto control panel, users, select your account, select change password, change password, apply, close evrything out, reboot, log into your account with new password.
