What is the solution to the problem above? My PC is HP 550 using MS Windows XP Professional Version 2002. It now takes too long to shut down. Sometimes I decide press and hold the switch-off button inn order to shut it down. Help me please!

Hi there.
You have two choices here.
1st ....... when the little window pops up "resolve now" click on that and buy a product key from Microsoft or reinstall or recover the operating system.
Don't forget to back up and data you have before reinstalling if you have to do that.
