Conon won't recongnise the cartridge when i just refill it manually?

The cartridges for the IP3600 printer have a chip on them that needs to be reset before the printer will accept the newly refilled cartridge. if you don't have the resetting device then unfortunately refilling these cartridges won't help you at all.

Error 6502

this error indicates a problem with an ink cartridge. this can include a bad cartridge, improperly installed, or possibly ink leaking out when installing it.
reinstall ink catridges.

How Do I remove the casing on a Canon iP3600 Photo inkjet printer? I have removed the drip tray for the ink nozzle and cleaned it but, with little foresight, now found out I cannot replace it correctly...

Hello
To reset the waste ink error you will need to download a reset program. This resets the printer counters back to zero and the printer will work again as normal. You can download this reset program from our website.

Error 6C10 keeps coming up on my Cannon Prixma ip3600 and it will not print. I had a look at a few other blog posts and tried a reset using the power and reset button, but no koy. Any ideas?

6C10 error (valve cam sensor error) is a mechanical problem in the purge unit area where the valve cam sensor is located (on the purge unit just behind the power switch button). On my experience, the movable gear assembly (with spring on top) can't move downward to move the other gear that is connected to the valve cam therefore the sensor is not sensing any movements.

Solution:
1. Open the entire top cover.
2. Locate the purge unit (the area where the ink carriage rests when not in use).
3. Move the carriage to the middle of the printer to access the purge unit.
4. Try to gently move the gear assembly downward using your finger or a screw driver to loosen the stuck gear.
5. Turn on the printer to test.

Canon PIXMA IP3600 Service error 6C10, and doesnn't print at all

Try keeping the paper only in the bottom tray (there's a tray in the bottom) Try pulling any paper out of the top and just close that top tray. Open up the head so that u can see the ink cartridges and turn the printer on and off and maybe it will center itself again. If it's still not working (even if lights aren't red and print head wont align in the center) try manually moving the head back and forth like 18 times so you can lubricate that rail in the back that's holding it. After that, re-turn it off and on again.
