Question about Keurig Elite B40 Coffee Maker
What isn't getting in to the coffee maker. The water tank is full. What do I do?

Lift the reservoir, then reseat it. This will clear the prime message. If it repeatedly comes back then your machine is dead. If in the year warranty, call Keurig they will ship you a replacement. Very common problem.
