Question about Check Point Network Adapter
I bought a Bunker Hill Executive Safe at Harbor Freight back in Sept 2013 - and the keypad no longer responds to anything but the B lights the Proceed light - no other lights or sounds even with brand new batteries. First email to Harbor Freight said they can order the keypad for $8 and it takes 6-8 weeks so I called and the gal I talked to said sorry that part can no longer be ordered - so I sent a follow up email to see what happens. I can still open it with the keys but that is kind of annoying. I look at the board on the inside of the door - no obvious issues - have not taken the keypad itself off yet to see if there is any obvious issue there.

CHANGING CODE ON MODEL # 45891:
On the inside of the door toward the hinge, you will see a small red button. Press this button until the yellow light on the front control panel lights up. Now you can imput the new code (1 to 8 digits) into the front control panel, followed by either the "A" or "B" key. The safe will beep twice (2 times) to confirm the code has been changed. Important: If the safe beeps 3 times, then the code has not been accepted and you must repeat the above steps.
DO NOT LET THE BATTERIES RUN OUT BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN THE SAFE OR CHANGE BATTERIES.

If you have the small electronic Bunker Hill safe with lost keys and dead batteries, this is a potential solution... Take a hammer and strike the top of the safe while attempting to open at the same time. You may need to place on object on top of the safe such as a flip flop shoe to strike with hammer to smooth out the pressure when striking. It should pop open after several attempts.

I had the same problem.
Call Harbor Freight Customer Service @ 1-800-444-3353
Before you call the number though, go to your safe and write down the three or four digit key code, that is on the silver key slot. (they will need that number)
It is something like $8.00 per key, plus shipping, and it will take about 2-3 weeks to get it, but they will mail you the keys in a small brown envelope.
