What is a P10 component?
MLCC that is SMD/SMT?http://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/TDK/C1608X6S1C475K/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMvQvaS66kI3ThUn76Ya%2fK0CNKDzw9lb9Zc%3d
(Surface Mount Device/Surface Mount Technology)
I think it's a P.MOSFET,http://www.ebay.com/itm/Acer-Aspire-3000-Motherboard-31ZL5MB0009-Tested-/170971302137?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item27ceaf08f9
Bare with me;
The above shows a Bottom view of the motherboard.
IF, this Acer Aspire 3000 motherboard is like yours;
(And even if it isn't......read on.....)
Set your mouse cursor in the middle of the photo.
Now use the Zoom In feature by moving the mouse from the middle, to where you want to go.
I'm sure you know the following, but others who may read this later, may not.
The white Socket S1 processor socket is at the Top/Middle.
Looks like this,http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Socket_S1
Come down from it to the whitish rectangular Heatsink.
Go across to the Right from it, to the SiS 302ELV Video Bridge chipset.
Turn left at the old Oak tree, and head south.
NO.....just wanted to see if you were following along..........lol!
Go the Right side of the SiS chipset. Go to the Middle.
Go straight across to the large Power MOSFET.
Looks to have P015 silkscreened on the motherboard, under it.
(Can't make out last digit)
It is sitting Vertically. Length goes up, and down.
Now come straight down a little bit.
Stop at the Power MOSFET that is the same size. This one sits Horizontally on the motherboard.
Looks to have P010 silkscreened under it.http://mayohardware.blogspot.com/2010/04/important-parts-on-dv6000-and-dv9000.html
That isn't me, but that is the guy you need to talk to.
