SOURCE: 202 Paper Jam
A 202 error usually means that there is a problem with the fuser, more than likely the fuser exit sensor is jammed - either with a piece of paper, or the return spring on the sensor has stuck. Check this sensor, making sure it can return to the upright position freely. This should clear the problem. If it doesn't, or the sensor arm is broken, a new fuser should solve this problem

I'm not sure how to fix it yet but I have two of these printers and if I use the tray from my other printer it works. I'm not sure what's wrong with the tray but it is the tray for sure.

SOURCE: paper jam 241.10
The 241.10 error indicates 2 possible problems. First is worn pickup rollers, you said that you flipped them. that should have temporarily fixed the issue. The second option is overfilling the paper tray, try it only half way full and see if it picks up paper and prints. If it still does not pick up paper I would replace the pickup rollers, the turning them inside out trick is only temporary anyway. The roller surface should be rough and have a texture to if not smooth at all. We have the roller kit available if you need one, they run $8.95 shipped. Contact us at the email below if you have any questions or if you need a set of rollers.
I hope this helps, if so please rate our solution.

What this light sequence means that the printer has a paper jam.
When a paper jam occurs, the printer stops and the operator panel's Paper Jam light and Continue button lights come on. Press and release Continue twice quickly to display the specific secondary error paper jam light sequence.
How to clear Paper Jam
?· Press Continue button twice quickly to see the secondary error code.
To get the secondary error codes
?· When the Error light (!) and Continue button lights are both on, a secondary error has occurred.
?· When the Paper Jam light (4th light) and Continue button lights are both on, a paper jam secondary error has occurred.
?· Press and release Continue button twice quickly to display the secondary error code light sequence.
Press Continue button to resume printing once all the jammed pages are cleared from the paper path.
We recommend that you clear the entire paper path when a paper jam occurs.
To clear a paper jam:
1 If you are feeding paper from a tray, remove the tray, and then remove any jams.
2 Open the front cover and remove the print cartridge assembly.
NOTE: Do not leave the print cartridge assembly exposed to direct light for an Extended period of time. Extended light exposure can cause print quality problems.
3 Remove any jams in the area behind the print cartridge assembly.
4 Lift the flap at the front of the printer and remove any jams beneath the flap.
5 Open the rear exit and remove any jams.
6 After you have cleared the jams, reinstall the print cartridge assembly, make sure all printer covers and trays are closed, and then press Continue button to resume printing.
NOTE: The printer reprints the pages that caused the paper jam.
