Rocking tub on spin cycle spring fell out kenmore stackable

I have a Kenmore stackable washer/dryer, model 110 88752793. The problem is the washer! During the most recent load, during the spin cycle, the tub started rocking violently left and right. I stopped the cycle, removed the front panel and saw a spring sitting on the floor. However, it was not clear how to reinstall. That is, the bracketing system in there isn't straightforward and I don't have a repair manual / I cannot find one online. There were also two other springs in there, installed directly next to each other on the left hand side near the motor, running vertically from the base of the machine up to the wash basket. They were securely in place, though, it did not necessarily seem like they were installed properly. I bought this washer used, and it seems that maybe the springs were all jerry rigged? I was wondering if anyone could advise proper installation of springs to keep the washer basket stable during the spin cycle for this particular model. A photo / diagram would be immensely helpful. Proper parts would be helpful as well.

Spin cycle doen't work on control-water accumulates in tub-its a kenmore

I'm guessing that the mechanism for putting the tub in the spin cycle is worn out. These can be either electro-mechanical switches for older models, or electronic switches for newer models. At any rate if your tub is not spinning, you will have to have someone come out to look at the problem. BTW, I have a Sears washer and dryer, and had to have the dryer serviced once. They were very good and did not rip me off.

Water under stackable washer dryer

The front panel comes off and you will be able to trace the water source. These combo units spin immediatly and if the drain is slow the water will spin up over the edge of the tub during drain.

When stackable washer is in spin cycle it bangs on side of unit i checked under and all three spring legs are in place and working

Check the Vibration damper rods to be sure that...
1. They are there and mount is solid.
2. If they are broken in 1/2.
3. The plastic knuckle mounts are not missing/broken.
4. There is oil in the shock absorber/spring section of the rods.

Also - there are suspension springs on the bottom of the tub that could be broken and/or missing.

Replace/repair as necessary.

IF THIS IS A BRAND NEW INSTALLATION - be sure you hav removed the basket shipping pins (4) that secure the tub during shipping.

Stackable kenmore model 41794702300

We have had that happen too. You will need to take out what ever has blocked the valve on the drain. Ours was a bobby pin! My model is a bit different but if you follow the drain hose underneath you can find it. Remember you are dealing with lots of water. I think I scooped out the water first and have some towels ready. Or hire somebody to do it for you. I hope that helps.
