Why wearing gloves is important during long rides?

That was a constant problem with comfort when riding my Trek long distance. Besides wearing gloves, I switched to the Brooks leather seat and after getting it broke in, no more sore rear. But the hands were still an issue. They continued to go numb when going a distance. Riding to me has always been about the adventure and the more comfortable I am, the greater the pleasure and adventure when riding long distance. Finally to correct my problem with numbness, I switched to an Easy Racers Ti-Rush recumbent bike. I am so glad I did. From the very first long distance ride, there is no physical riding issues at all. You are in a more upright riding position and the seat is like setting in a recliner. I'm not setting 'on the seat' like riding my trek but 'in the seat'. Goodbye numbness!

How di i get swelling to go down on a cold sore

As a life long cold sore sufferer, I can tell you that you can't. It's one of the 1st stages of a cold sore. The swelling does go away after 2-3 days but it then transitions to a cluster of blisters which soon burst open and it goes on and on for 2 wks til it heals. if u can catch it when you only feel that early symptom, itch or tingle, apply Cold Sores Begone Stick and it stops the cold sore before it starts. Look online for it.
