Open hood , passenger side firewall area, look for a thin,black vacuum line, follow it and look for any breaks or bad connection to its vacuum source. repair as necessary.

the heater vacuum motor and lines needs to be checked.Also get the blend door checked.

see my tips....heating troubleshooting

check the vacuum lines in the selector switch. the baffles that switch from hot air and cool air are vacuum controlled and if the lines are detached or cracked the suction will not move the baffles.

Check the vaccum line at the vacuum distribution block (to the right of the brake master cylinder). It's the smallest vacuum hose.

Check for a vacuum leak. Follow the black vacuum hose from the vacuum tree under the hood at the firewall to inside the car. It runs from the left side of the car near the brake booster to the right side near the accumulator.

You probably have a vacuum leak on the passenger side. its a small plastic hose some times they come unpluged from the engine. or brake.
