Question about Cell Phones
China made ThL W100 model less than 6 months under warranty. Yesterday, got replacement of phone from seller. Problem: Battery indicator shows is charging when plugged. But no improvement in battery charging %. Instead battery draining out. Changed with spare battery. Also same problem. Changed with different charger. Same problem. Plugged to laptop. Same problem. (Charger adopter/chord is working fine as tested with another android)

The I9 battery charger is th problem. There is a small tab on the bottom edge of the batery that allow it to clip in the phone. This tab prevents the battery from going all the way into the charger which causes a missalignment with the contacts and due to the contacts being very thin they tend to break off. If this happens you must use the USB cable to charge the phone, it plugs in under the charger. If your contacts are good you can take a thin knife and ease the tab over the edge of the plastic lip on the charger alowing the battery to seat correctly in the charger making the proper connection.

battery may show fully charged while charging, but it can noot hold the charge. So you need a new battery. If under warranty ask Verizon for replacement.
