If the saw is fitted with a decompression switch you need to decompress the cylinder after every pull to make it easier to start. If it doesn't have a decompression switch you need to put the saw on the ground and put your right foot firmly into the handle opening, place your left hand on the top hand bar, grip the pull handle and pull out slowly until you feel a solid wall or compression and then pull straight up fast and hard for about 8 - 10". Make sure the brake is on when starting. I have an older Husky saw and this is how I start it. It has a short pull cycle so don't try to give it a long pull like a weed whipper!

I have a SL-YD5200b model chainsaw and am looking for a chain lubrication pump and the bits and pieces that go with it, Hoping you can point me in the right direction,Thank You J Spedding vivjimuk@yah

Afraid not much here it is a Chinese chainsaw. You need to contact
Trueshopping co uk for parts which very well be hard to come by if anything like what we deal here in the USA on these kinds of equipment.
We have a company called Harbor Freight that sells equipment and when it breaks down can even get the spares that we need. So we have similar problems which why I tell my customers not to buy anything at HF unless they willing to just it away when it breaks.

Good Luck

Why is all the interior lights starts blinking when key is turn on wont start

Electrical issue.I would imagine you cleaned the cable connectors that you attach to the battery. With the lights blinking, that sounds like a starter issue, but since its new,try replacing the battery cables themselves, double check your wires to the starter, make sure they are tight.Good Luck ! Thank You !

1998 Saturn SL just won't start anymore.

assuming it will turn over ('cranks"), my bet would be the crank sensor has failed, and it is not to difficult to change if you can get the car in the air high enough to get fully under it. The sensor is located just above the starter, on the side of the engine closest to the firewall. It is held in place by one bolt, and you will need to remove the electrical connector to remove it. a new one is usually less than $50, and almost any auto repair shop should be able to replace it for less than $125.

01 Sonoma 2.2 M/T - new starter, relay - hard to start with 13v on new battery - starts everytime with 17v on a charger

Check if the cable connecting the battery are clean and tight, check that this tight the negative cable on the engine as the positive lead going to the starter because if there are loose good contact and is difficult to start. Thanks

Need a pic of how to put my belt back on

Did you save the old belt or did it break? Compare the old belt to the new belt is the right length. Also make sure they sold you the correct belt...I think the Saturn SL had a SOHC or a DOHC (single and dual overhead cam) engine that year... there should be a belt routing sticker on the underside of the hood.
