you need to connect directly with an ethernet cable. then go to the compaq/hp website and go to product support and drivers subcategory and look up isatap adapter driver

Microsoft says to Ignore the problem, and the adapter will continue to work correctly. If the message is really annoying maybe you can try turning off IPv6.
Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections
right click your network card>properties uncheck the IPv6 box that'll turn off IPv6-then just disable the adapter driver
Try removing the wireless adapter in the device manager and then re-boot computer. Vista should detect the adapter and re-install the drivers. if that does not work you might want to download the latest drivers and software from Toshiba and install them. Another thing you can try is to use windows restore to return the computer to a time when the wirless adapter was working.
In the Control Panel, update the drivers. If still unsuccessful, delete those adapters, restart your workstation and reinstall drivers. Helpful to have another workstation nearby in case you need to download the drivers from the Internet.
Try These Things: 1 Shut Down Computer, 2 Unplug Ethernet Cable From Modem, 3 RESET MODEM, 4 Plug Back in Ethernet Cable From Modem To Computer and 5 Power On Computer. That Should Help You.
