Question about Coffee Makers & Espresso Machines
I Have La Cimbali M1, we just had it calbrated by a tech. We bought the machine new but only have a parts manual, they never gave us an "owners" manual that has a trouble shooting section. I ran a promo and did about 150-12oz hot chocolates, lattes etc in 4hours and am now getting an error that says machine cold, please wait. We tried to unplug the machine and plug it back in to possibly reset it. The error started at 940am and is still on the machine. Can anyone help.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: La Cimbali Owners Manual Wanted
Operators manual only describes how to install and set up. The Technician's manual is translated from Italian and is purposely vague. (Cimbali wants you to go to tech school). Suggest you ask for a annual preventive maintenance from your local service Cimbali dealer. You may need an overhaul/de-scaling which will be very expensive (+$1,000) in labor and parts. (mostly labor as it takes us about 40-50 hours per machine.) Hopefully you just need to change the worn parts in both groups and a vacuum valve. Good luck!
