Question about Cameras
Not sure what you are trying to do, but it sounds dangerous.
USB uses 1.5v DC and needs a transformer (power adapter) of some sort to convert the 110 AC to 1.5DC.
The other point to note is AMPs. The converter needs to have enough AMPs to charge the connected Device. Check the manual for the device to see which converter would be suitable.
Generic chargers can be purchased as most electronics stores and even walmart.
