the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

This is the default behavior for windows when opening a new window when another instance of the application is already running (if multiple instances are allowd to run). I have never seen any kind of information or registry hacks that can override this behavior. If you are just looking at keeping Task Manager visible, you can always use the Options menu in Task Manager and check the Always on Top option. Any new windows opened will appear under the Task Manager.

What you have there is a malware problem. What you need to do is to go online and download malwarebytes. install and update that and start scanning your system.

Open any offline .pdf file with adobe reader and see if it opens OK. If it does then the problem is probably with the browser setup. Please follow these steps to solve this problem:
Close your internet browser windows before proceeding. Uninstall adobe reader 7 completely and restart your computer.
Download the latest version of adobe reader.
Before installing the reader close all internet browser windows (it is important).
Install adobe reader.
Also update your internet browser.
