Problem for Dell Dimension 3100 PC Desktop

Will this motherboard work?

My friend's computer in Cuba crashed and she was told it was her motherboard. Here are the details on her motherboard. Asus P5Q-VM, Processor: Core 2 Extreme, Memory DDR2 (1066 Mhz ) 2 GB . I have an Intel motherboard E210882 and I wondered if it would be compatible. It is in a Pentium 4 Processor 2AGHZ, System Bus: 400 MHZ, 512KB L2Cache PGA-478 PKG I am not sure if Product is correct

- Thanks Guru for your quick response. I guess I may have to bite the bullitt and buy her the right board. She can't afford to as she only make $24 per month there in Cuba

in short, no
her cpu is a 775 socket, yours is 478 socket
her ram is ddr2, your is ddr1

would have to downgrade her parts to use your motherboard
