Question about Computers & Internet
I went into bios (with F2) changed the device boot order (I even excluded the hard drive) but it will not boot from them. I am sure the optical drive is working , same for USB . I am sure the DVD I am trying to boot from is bootable - same thing for the Flash memory. I've searched for similar problems other users have encountered but cannot find any way to solve this. Have you encountered this issue? What should I do?

To boot up from the DVD drive go into the BIOS setting - boot device order and move the DVD as the first boot device and the hard disk as the 2nd boot device.
If you want to boot up with the USB then move the USB as the first device. If the USB is not listed as a boot device then it is not possible to boot up with an USB device.
