Insignia NS-27LCD Remote

I have an Insignia NS-27LCD and the remote has lost it's program code for the this TV.  This is the original remote and I have programed in a code that works some of the buttons [10463] but not all of them.  This is what is found by doing the search.  My problem is that the closed caption is stuck on and the CCD button no longer works (this is how I used to turn it off).  The menu options don't do anything either.  Do you know of any other code that might work in the original remote to control this TV?  I've also tried 11250, 10783 and 11944 but none of these work.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
