SOURCE: No AM or FM yet cd player works
Maybe, there is a problem from the detector of you radio function to the amplifier. Try to check on it first or try resoldering from the detector section

SOURCE: Drums for MIDI track to not work
I haven't ever used this program but it sounds like you have your MIDI channel assigned to the wrong number. The default MIDI channel for drums is channel 10. Assign the track you are trying to play drums from to channel 10 in your program.

I have not had your problem myself, however, I am pretty sure the disc/s you are trying to play are not in the same readable format your MD player is, hence, the ejecting. I think you might have to either connect your player to a computer and re-initialise the system format/s and/or you may just have to (annoyingly) replace all of the MiniDiscs you have - which is not the best/rewarding way to go... quite irritating actually !!
Good luck to you though !!

You have wired the amplifier turn-on wire to the power antenna wire by mistake.
The amplifier is turning off because it is losing the 12V signal in the power antenna wire when you go off the TUNER to CD.
Swap the blue wires, and you'll be set.
