Question about SanDisk Sansa c250 (2 GB) MP3 Player (SDMX7-2048)

Sandisk It will not play at all only shows sandisk

    Try to turn on and all it says is sandisk and then goes off. actually is sansa express. any help would be greatly appreciated.

try formatting your device then try to put mp3 files on it. check if it works. on your my computer right click you mp3 device ( it is usually a removable storage) then select format.

Playing itunes on SanDisk


Depends on the format of the song. If it is .AAC it wont play on the Sansa. You'll need to convert the song to mp3 or wmv format, do a google search for "Mp3 converters" if you need to find a converter
