Question about Ovens
All guides for this oven appear to be an installation guide. A proper COMPLETE user guide is required with all info relating to buttons and knobs. Has anyone actually found a source or link for this?

i think it is, grill, fan force, light/oven you need the timer on as it won't work on the first 15min and will cut out at 15min left so always add 15min to the desired cooking time

I don't see what looks like your model anywhere, or a manual for any model, or a company website, so if no one can help you try this.
The left dial could be- bake, broil, fan, convection cook, now the bottom pan should come out so you can see the bake element.
Turn it one setting and see what happens, either broil (top),,, bake (bottom), convection fan (bottom), turn and wait to see what happens.
Right should be temp, not sure if the dial has a stop or you can spin, but it at 12:00, put at 6:00 I say this maybe 300deg F.
Get over temp gauge (cheap).
If you don't get any help, then you need to try and see what does what and mark it down.
If you can't see top burn, maybe top pan come out so you can see it.
They get red hot, so you can tell which one turn on.
Sorry, can't find any info.
