Why can't I get my Jlab tablet to boot. It will turn on and show Jlab logo and that's as far as it gets

I don't know much about them but I had the same problem with another tablet. Try keeping you finger pressed against the screen when you restart it for about 20 seconds max. It may work.

My jlab (same set) does the same thing...any fix for it?

It works only via USB to PC because that is not only the way to transfer MP3 files from your PC to the player/headphones, but one way to charge the player's battery. You can also charge the player with the USB cable by plugging it in a USB wall charger. So let it fully charge in the PC or the wall charger and then take it with you while you walk, work out, etc. There is nothing wrong with your player (maybe the fact that there is no indicator when it is charging and when it is fully charged ??).

I can only listen to music if my jlab earphones are plugged in the laptop, so when I remove the cable, it doesn't work.

Hey my friend, I have the same problem than you! did you find the solution to it? Or did you have to ask for the warranty? I would really appreciate if you can help me!

How can i fix my jbuds jlab headphones the problem i'm having is that i'm only hearing music from one headphone

I suggest you try them on another device to rule out the device receptacle (what your plugging it into) is not bad. Also, slightly pull them back a teenie bit so they aren't not all yhe way in and see if that changes what you hear.
