If you are sure about the printer drivers compatible with the Operating System, then install the drivers and connect when it ask to connect the printer with computer.

If printer drivers are not compatible with your computer operating system then you have to change the OS.

Dis connect printer,go to control panel,un install/remove installed drivers. In my computer properties,go to device manger check USB controller, if found printer device, un install it. restart the system,run driver CD, connect printer USB cable when system searching for the device,check for the printer recognition, do rest installation process..

Hello,

Please first make sure that you have the drivers installed for the printer.

Remove what other drivers you may have installed for your printer, restart the computer

Download this driver and install.

Restart the computer and connect the printer again.

It says HP psc1315 printer is offline and won't print. how do i fix? wont change back to online also one document at front of queue wont delete

Reset your printer. To do this, turn off the printer using the power button, remove the cartridges, unplug the power and the usb cables. Press the power button for several times. Connect the power cable and also the wall jack, power on (don't connect the usb cable). While the printer boots up, keep pressing power button several times. Leave it for few minutes and again switch off. Now connect the usb cable as well and insert the cartridges. Shutdown the computer. Power on the printer and also the computer (Note when you power off/on, use only the power button). This will fix your problem. If possible, please reinstall the drivers for your printer before you restart it with the pc. Good luck. Thanks for using FixYa.

try plugging it off . and then try another cable to connect the computer. Is the computer recognizing the printer . and look for updates on hp.com for the printer drivers.

Printer wont connect to Sony Ericsson mobile direct

Normal 0 Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

The printer wont connect to the computer and the ccomputer wont recognise the disc

you didn't say what make and model of the printer or the operating system you are using.

basicly is you have to install the printer software on the cmputer without the printer connected first.
once that is done, follow the instrucation on the screen and connected the printer to the computer.
