Question about Nikon Cameras
New camera for use in hospital, set it up and it tells me 'memory contains no images' which we know but can't get rid of the message or take pics. Any ideas?

Take no more pics until you've recovered the photos, take the card out of the camera. Here's some freeware photo recovery software that should be what you're looking for:
You will need to use a flash card reader with this software. If you don't have one, get one, they're cheap:

Take your memory card out and look to see if you may have moved the sliding switch on the memory card, if you have move it back.

SOURCE: FOLDER CONTAINS NO IMAGES.
Please follow the instruction below and let me know what is happening.
1. format the new card.( Can't format is from any virus
infected PC ).
2. Insert the card then reset your camera setting.
3. select your mamory card default for save the
4. Before start photography confirm that your battery
is fully charged.
