i have the same problem there is a phone number in the maual wich is the Brother support center 18772768437, after a few unnecesary question they will give a phone number of a company near your area that do maintenances services to copy machines, they are the one who will replace those parts, well at least that is what i think i just called them they are getting the prices, good luck.

When you replace the drum unit with a new one, you need to reset the drum counter by completing the following steps:
"Reset Parts Life".
