Usb charging port fell off inside my Aliph Jawbone Jambox Blue Wave Wireless , opened it up and have to find battary cause circit board broke off with port! wtf the usb port is always coming off stuff

A Jambox is a wireless speaker, not a phone. Anyone claiming to know the answer while referring to phones clearly doesn't know what they're talking about.

The question is mis-filed under cellphones, but the respondents so far don't seem to care that it's not a phone at all. :D

Take a look here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X5APtwqtEps

Apparently this is a very common problem with the Jambox, so contact support first and ask them to replace it.

I have a jawbone jambox. The charger plug will not stay in the jambox, it just falls right out, therefore, it won't charge. Where can I get this fixed?

Dont know what these people are talking about.. but I have the same issue. Dropped it, now the charger wont stay in. I've taken mine apart, thinking I could fix it myself, only to find that the actual jack the charger plugs into has been broken off the circuit board. Not good. I'm pretty sure it's not fixable, thought I'm trying my best to find a way to replace the circuit board, as it's not very big. Email me if you've found a solution.iamlucasking@gmail.com

Jawbone bluetooth does not charge

My jawbone was not charging at all, but then I looked at the prongs on the charger and I saw that one of them was shorter than the others, so I got a pair of small needle nose pliers and gently pulled on it. It returned to its normal length and I plugged it up. It is now charging normally.
Jawbone should design a better charging system.
