It seems that you wish to load bios defaults on your system.
You can try the steps below for the same.
1.Turn the system off. 2.Turn it back on and as soon as you turn it on start tapping the F2 key along the top of the keyboard once every 2 seconds (especially when you see Dell logo on the screen). 3. This will lead you to system bios. Go to “mainteinence”, using the down arrow key on your keyboard and hit enter. 4. Go to “Load defaults” and hit enter. Highlight continue and press enter. 5. Exit by just pressing the escape key on the keyboard (please do not forget to save the changes before you exit).
Please do not forget to rate the solution.

Musheer.

I'm typing in either my browser or another program, like Microsoft Word, and suddenly I can't get question marks or quote marks. Right now I can type ? and " here, but when I switch to Word I get é and è. This happens periodically when I am writing gmail notes or chatting on Facebook as well. Why does it do that and how can I get the right characters back?

My inspiron 1520 internal mouse locks up when I touch the left side of the keyboard (ex. when I pick up my laptop from my desk to put it on my lap). A couple of weeks ago I started to drop my laptop and grabbed it where the square is for the mouse. I don't know whether it's related. Is there anything I can do?

I have a Dell inspiron 1525. While typing, no matter where, (microsoft word, email, chat) the cursor jumps madly to another spot on the page. It is most irritating. I am surprised to find out that some computer technicians have not even heard about a jumping cursor. I should appreciate any help to solve this problem for me.
