well make sure that first u work in an antistatic area... you can achieve this by hooking the workbench or even urself up to the earth connection in a power socket( THAT IS IF U KNOW WHICH ONE THE EARTH IS) label every connector and cable to the board, draw a diagram if need to... use a NONSTATIC screwdriver to unscrew the board, it should slide out quite easily so this shouldnt be a problem, then take out old board, put in new one connect cables and connectors according to diagram u made, and shove it back in... so yeah not to hard, but antistatic is the key word

Encompass wants $150.00 for lamp Your TV is a Samsung it will be on Right Hand Side of TV and I would Just Replace The Lamp First? What was your TV doing to begin with?
