Most likely you need to carefully go through the paper path and look for the locations of all the paper path sensors.
You probably have one stuck on the frame or a spring came off the flag and its not actuating properly.
Follow the paper path carefully from the feed rolls out to the exit. I am sure you will find a sensor not operating properly.
Actuate every one and make sure they have no resistance and that they return to the proper position.

SOURCE: clearing an error
You need to push the 'stop' button and wait for the fax to check itself for jammed paper. Once this is done the faxes in memory will start printing again.
I hate this fax, this happens all the time on my machine, plus the paper will not feed properly unless I physically force it down which often leads to paper jams. Which is how I know how to clear it.

SOURCE: Document jammed
in entry slots please check of any foreign object droped inside(like pins-small pieces of torn paper)-check also proper actuation of paper detecting micro switches and its lever(not broken)-move the lever with your hand and confirm it is move freely motion-and make cleaning to this area with air cleaner or soft tissue cloths.

If you lift up the panel and look underneath there are two black plastic "levers" one to the right and one to the bottom of the black roller. The larger one on the right was stuck. When I pushed on it and it popped up the "document jammed" message disappeared.

Tips for a great answer:
H5-01 means repeated paper jams on the Sharp photocopiers.
Once the paper jam is cleared properly, you need to clear the error condition.
Put it in 'Copy' mode
Press on the keypad:
P * C * 14
Click execute and press 'Yes'
Then press the 'Copy' tab.
This will reset the menu and jam condition.
