read you problem.
to fix this up you have to follow few steps.

1.check if the driver for this is installed.it is there in system properties.

2.if it is installed try reinstalling the driver as it may not be installed properly.

3. if even after these things it dont work then check the webcame settings .

does ur webcam work with yahoo msngr or with built in software. if no go to add hardware and re-install it
