The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

SOURCE: how to auto tear paper after printing receipt is completed.

I had the same problem, and after going through so many articles, I was getting the message but didn't know how to pass the escape codes. All you need to do is pass the ASCII code of the characters needed preceded by the ASCII code for Escape. In Delphi, we use Char(27) or #27. In my case I used ESC 105 Null and it worked. Here is my sample code, with Str being a TStrings class (A string array object) and the WriteTextFile being a procedure to write the Strings to LPT1 as plain text. Str.Add('*********END**********'); Str.Add(''); Str.Add(#10); Str.Add(#10); Str.Add(#27#105); WriteTextFile(dmMain.LPTFile, Str); any questions, holla me at or

SOURCE: Auto cutter does not cut automatically

TM 220a and TM 220b should come with auto cutters
You have to unscrew the metal tab under the printer, you will find two sets of DIP switches. upper one is DWS 1 and the lower one is DWS 2. On DWS 2 you need to have jumper #2 ON. this enables or activates the auto cutter on printers. Good luck...

Which way up does a mountfield empress 16 blade go on? should the wings of the blade point upwards? It is cutting the grass, but leaving trails behind the machine and not filling the bag, so I wonder

The blades should have the cutting edge going forward and at the bottom so this is the lowest part of the blade. This means the wing should be at the top. If the blades are upside down they will be hard to drive and leave a mess of strips behind.

Printer cutting off words

Is this happening with every program you use to print? If it's just a single program, try changing the line spacing. It sounds as if you've got the line spacing too small for the current font and it's cutting off the bottoms in order to print the next line.

Tsp100 not cutting receipt

the Auto-cutter on that model is only a 'partial' cut, (Guillotine-style.)
Since it is an Auto-cutter, if it is not cutting AT ALL, that is not something that a "user" can adjust-for.

See section 7-3 Releasing a Locked Cutter (pg 26) in your manual here:

Print to a usb printer using cre 10.5, it prints plank small page at the top and at the bottom of each receipt printed. Can any one help

This is fixed by changing the document settings under windows properties for the printer, not in RPE. Right click on your printer and select properties. Choose printing preferences. Click Operations tab. Click End of Document button. In paper cut box, uncheck feed setting and move slider to manual cut. Click OK, then APPLY, then OK, OK.
In RPE, under Friendly Printer Settings, check Cut receipt at this station.
Please return and give me a favorable rating if this helps or is of value to you.
Feel free to email me with more details if need be.
