Mhmm, stevetrevino is on the right track. if you already have the music on your computer, just connect it via mini-usb. the kind that digital cameras use?

your computer should find it. if it doesnt automatically show up, try looking for it under 'MY COMPUTER'

navigate to the MUSIC folder, and just drag the music into it.

Get you a mini usb cable..  you will need that to transfer music.  next the easiest way to transfer music and video and pictures you can buy a "inexpensive" software called Max Media Manager PRO"  you can get it at wal-mart at the video game department.  Its useful and compatible with xp or vista.  It makes it easy because you just put the music, videos upload them and the program encodes the rest for you!!!!!! Instead of you doing all the encoding Max Media does it all, and you can even organize with folders etc..

I can't download no music and pictures from my computer to my psp!

In order to play music in the PSP, the songs have to be in mp3 format other formats do not work with the PSP.If you do not have songs in mp3 format, you can download mp3 songs from www.beemp3.com. Once you have downloaded the songs save them in your computer and plug in your PSP.Then drag or copy and paste the songs to the PSP memory stick in the music file.
For pictures, choose the pictures that you want to transfer to your PSP and drag them to the memory stick in the picture file

    Downloading music from computer

easy. plug in the USB cable into your PSP and the other (big) end into your computer. on the PSP home menu, go all the way to the right and select USB mode. YOU NEED A MEMORY CARD INSERTED. click open and explore files if somthing pops up on your computer. if not, go to my computer, then memory stick K (or what ever letter your compute shows). then if its not already there, make a new folder and call it MUSIC

then drag and drop / copy and paste your songs into that folder.
